I am a mom of two amazing kids (now all grown up)!  My recent title of "grandma" has fulfilled something in my life that I never knew was missing. 

 

I bought my first "real" camera in 2012 for the sole purpose of capturing my kids' athletic events all four years of high school.  I wanted to learn how to stop the blur of action shots and document their sports careers.  That was all I intended to do.

It wasn't long before I was being asked to shoot seniors, families and weddings.  Fast forward to today, and to say 13 years have flown by...well, that's an understatement!

The unexpected loss of my dad in 2024 serves as a reminder that there comes a time in this life when pictures are all you have left of someone.  Times were different 50 years ago.  I don't have a lot of pictures documenting every stage of my life, but the few I do have, I cherish now more than ever.​
