I’m a mom of two amazing (now grown) kids, and my newest role as “MiMi” has filled a place in my heart I didn’t even know was missing.

I bought my first “real” camera in 2012 with one goal—to capture my kids’ high school sports without the blur. I simply wanted to document those moments.

It didn’t take long before I was being asked to photograph seniors, families, and weddings. And somehow, the years have flown by in the blink of an eye.

Losing my dad in 2024 was a powerful reminder that one day, photos are what we hold onto most. Times were different years ago, and I don’t have many images documenting every stage of my life—but the ones I do have mean everything now.
